The library ministry is a service program located at New Hope Baptist Church, and is open twice weekly. We exist to support all programs of the church and to serve you in every possible way. Faithful volunteers staff the Church Library. Martha Flowers is the Church Library Director.
The mission statement, selection and gift policy. and checkout procedures of the Church Library have been adopted by the church membership.
The Library welcomes donations. Gifts may be given in memory, honor, or special recognition of an individual or group. In addition, gifts will be appreciated to assist with special projects. Donations will be received in the Church Library so that they can be properly documented. All monetary gifts will then be recorded by the church financial secretary. For this reason, please make monetary donations to New Hope Baptist Church. The Library Team will be happy to assist by suggesting items needed in the Library.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Church Library seeks to provide resources and services to meet the present and future informational needs of the members and leaders of New Hope  Baptist Church and, insofar as possible, share these resources and services with those outside the membership. It strives to provide information, materials, and services to share the knowledge of God, to stimulate Christian growth, and to enhance the quality of worship, witness, education, and ministry of the church.

Selection and Gift Policy
For all materials in the Church Library to be of high quality and to benefit our members, these guidelines will be followed:

1.  All materials are subject to approval by the library team.

2.
Items should be accurate in facts and doctrine, and in keeping with scripture.

6.
Gifts to the library are encouraged, with money being the preferred gift. The donor, along with the library team, may specify choices of gifts. It is preferred that materials be purchased through the library.
