Funeral Planning:
This document provides a format for your survivors to access your
personal information for future use as well as your personal wishes
regarding your funeral service. Remember we are ALL going to die
sometime. Using this document will help ease the decision-making
processes of those we leave behind when we go to be with the Lord.
All the included items may not apply to your own personal situation, but
following the outline will help you to cover most of the necessary
informational bases. Complete your planning document and leave it
in a safe place for use in an emergency.
These links below will
bring up a copy of the file that can be used directly in either
Microsoft's "Word" or Corel's "Word Perfect". The third version is
a "Rich Text File" compatible with most any word processor. All
three versions contain identical information and format. Select
the "Save As" function to save to your personal computer. |
